Abstracts are to be submitted via the online conference management portal.
Each abstract should include a title, a list of authors, keywords and a main body. You will also be asked to select if you wish to submit your abstract for consideration as an oral or a poster presentation and to indicate which of the seven Symposium sessions you would like to submit to.
Titles may contain certain types of formatting, including bold or italic text, sub- and super-script text and special characters.
Each authors should be added using the "add author" tool. This includes a name, email address and affiliations. You are also asked to specify a "presenting author". Email addresses will not be listed publicly but are used to cross reference authors.
Abstracts should be submitted for consideration against any of the symposium sessions. You will be asked to select your preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate this preference but some changes may be proposed by the Review Committees. You will be informed of any such changes.
You may include up to 10 keywords associated with the abstract. Please include these in the field provided and not as part of the abstract body.
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words in length and should be aligned with at least one of the symposium's sessions. Please note that only certain types of formatting are permitted, including bold and italic text and sub- or super-script text. Tables and images should not be submitted.
Each abstract is uploaded against the profile of the person submitting (by uploading) the abstract. The internal cross referencing will allow other linked authors to view (but not edit) the the submitted abstract, as long as their profile is linked to the listed email address.
Abstracts must be submitted before the deadline (12 March 2019) and authors will be informed of the outcome of the review process on or before 22 March 2019.
